BUDDY TRAINING

Share your session with a buddy and save! At your request, we may also attempt to match you with a compatible client to share your session time. 60 minutes long combined

HIGH IMPACT TRAINING

​

These intense 30 minute one-on-one sessions are suitable for existing clients and experienced exercisers looking to maintain fitness levels. Due to limited instruction time, new clients must begin with 60 minute training sessions before taking part in this program, or have my approval.​

 

 

 

HIGH IMPACT GROUP TRAINING

 

​

Get the benefits of personal training at significant cost savings by exercising with a small group. These 30 minute group (3-6 clients) sessions are suitable for current clients and experienced exercisers at the intermediate to advanced level. You’ll learn techniques I personally use in my own personal workouts, for fast and highly efficient results. See our group program schedule for current time.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

 

Utilizing my 16 years of experience as a trainer to help you find the motivation to exercise and make fitness a part of your life. Each session is 60 minutes long at a minimum of 2 times per week.  ​​

SERVICES​

​

​Our services consist of 4 training types. We have One on one, Buddy training, High Impact training, and High impact group training. A minimum of 8 sessions required and depending on client goals will determine how many sessions are needed. Sessions less than 8 or training more than 4 days a week come with special pricing contact us directly for any further questions. Packages below are as follows​
